01What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run the site.

• Details you submit through our forms — name, company, email, phone, city and your requirement description
• Newsletter subscriptions — email address only
• Basic analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site and device type
• Technical logs — IP address and request metadata, retained for security and debugging

02Why we collect it

Form submissions are used to prepare a technical response and, where relevant, a proposal. Analytics tell us which content is useful so we can write more of it. Logs help us detect abuse and diagnose faults.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

03How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for seven years afterwards, where accounting and contractual obligations require it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

04Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to operate the business — hosting, email delivery, analytics and CRM. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use your data to provide that service to us.

Where a project requires a delivery partner, we share only what is necessary to scope and execute the work, and only under a confidentiality agreement.

05Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer.

To make a request, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

06Security

We are ISO 27001 certified. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the team members who need it, and project data is segregated per client.
